It Started With Jesse Blancarte and a Family Vision.
In 2004, José Jesús Blancarte—better known as Jesse—founded JB Pools as a family business with a clear purpose: create well-built pools, treat every property with respect, and give homeowners a finished space their families could enjoy for years.
What began as a family venture continued forward one project at a time. Jesse brought a personal approach to the work, combining hands-on construction knowledge with an understanding that a pool is more than a structure—it becomes part of the home and part of the memories made there.
Since then, JB Pools has created projects throughout the Coachella Valley, adapting each design to the home, the desert landscape, and the people who will use it. More than twenty years later, the company remains grounded in the same family values that shaped its beginning: responsibility, craftsmanship, and pride in every detail.
